We are a dedicated architectural design firm. As the owner, you hire us to act in your best interest. When a contractor presents a price, we review it to ensure it aligns with your budget. If the cost exceeds expectations, we’ll help identify areas to cut expenses. We believe that if the same company designs and prices your building, their ability to provide unbiased advice on cost-saving decisions may be compromised.

For clients seeking a one-stop solution, we take a unique approach. We’ll help you assemble a project team that includes the contractor. This can be a trusted contractor we negotiate with or one we've worked with extensively, specializing in animal facility construction. This partnership works well because, while we’re two separate companies, we share expertise in the same field.

Along with our initial meetings to discuss your goals and facility needs, we provide a detailed 30-page questionnaire covering all aspects of your project. Though thorough, it saves time by gathering essential information early in the process.

We are currently licensed in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.

The approach depends on the project's scope and required services. If a state license is needed, that's one option. Alternatively, we can partner with a local architect as a consultant. Contact us to discuss the best solution for your project.

If you’ve already selected an architect, we can serve as a design consultant in the early phases to optimize your floor plan and ensure your veterinary program and design goals are successfully achieved. Additional consulting services can be provided if requested.

Each project is unique, so our proposals vary. Architectural fees depend on the project scope and can be hourly, fixed, or based on a per-square-foot rate. Unlike many firms that charge a percentage of construction costs, we charge a set rate per square foot, offering more clarity on professional fees early in the design process.
